Preparation1. Chill all ingredients thoroughly before preparation and you won’t have to chill them after. 2. In a pitcher, combine the yogurt, milk, water, pulp, and sugar. Whisk briskly until completely mixed. 3. To serve, pour over crushed ice (optional: my local restaurants do not do this). Sprinkle the ground pistachios over the top (they don’t do this either). |
